House rules

Arrival and departure

• Check-in from 11:00, check-out by 10:00.
• Each guest presents an identity document at check-in.
• When leaving, switch off appliances, close the windows and leave the keys [where to leave the keys].

Guests and visitors

• Only the guests included in the booking may stay overnight.
• Visitors are welcome only by prior arrangement.
• Parties and events only with the host’s prior consent.

Quiet hours

• Please keep quiet between [23:00] and [08:00]: for the neighbours and the guests in the other house.

Smoking and fire

• Smoking inside the houses is not allowed. Smoking is allowed outdoors in the yard only.
• Use the fireplace according to the instructions and never leave it unattended.
• No open fires in the yard outside the designated places.

Jacuzzi

• Children may use the jacuzzi only with an adult present.
• Please shower before use. No glasses or glass bottles in the jacuzzi.
• Use is at your own risk.

Pets

• Pets are welcome.
• Please do not leave them alone in the house, and clean up after them in the yard.
• Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

Kitchen, waste and energy

• Leave the kitchen and dishes clean.
• Put rubbish in the bins in the yard.
• Keep windows closed while the air conditioning is on.

Parking

• Park only in the marked spaces. The parking area is monitored by CCTV.

Damage

• Please tell us about any damage straight away at +359 88 605 7534. Guests are liable for damage they cause.
